Hello, I have recently relocated to this beautiful area from Texas. My hobbies include hiking and travel and after living in Texas for 26 years it is time to explore some new trails. I am looking forward to becoming part of the community and serving my clients. My personal counseling style is straightforward and compassionate. I believe that we all have potential and purpose in our lives. I use a client centered approach and will work alongside you to personalize your therapy and support you as you transform your life. I am now seeing clients in person in the Liberty Lake office. I can also see clients via telehealth in the states of Washington, Idaho and Texas. I am looking forward to helping you reach your personal goals and overcome life's challenges. While counseling is not a cure for all of life's problems, the tools and insight gained through this process can help you carry your load in a productive way. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children in both the hospital and school settings. Some areas of my expertise are relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am an EMDR and trauma informed therapist and work with clients to shift the narratives that can hold them back from their potential.
